Gert and Ruud first met in 1997, both being member of an Electronic Music fanclub. They started to collaborate in 2003. The basic recording sessions take place in the studio of Ruud. Gert then enhances them in his studio by adding more instrument tracks, as well as doing the mixing and mastering. The recordings are based on Berlin School and Ambient style improvisations.
